At Metro Housing Solutions our goal is to offer a win/win solution. We want our clients to be comfortable, informed and knowledgeable. Even if your house needs repairs (big or small) and you do not want to invest the time or money into doing it, it’s no problem. We buy newly built homes, and homes 100 years old. We offer fair prices for houses in any condition (if they meet our buying criteria). Closing can occur in as little as 7-10 days, or when you are ready to move out. It’s up to you! We are happy to accommodate your schedule.
Other states we are currently serving are TX, AL, DC, FL, NC, and NJ. More states coming soon.

He has served as a coach with the Real Estate Board Success Series, sharing his knowledge and experience to inspire and train others in the field. His career has been defined not just by sales, but by service—guiding thousands of families through the process of buying and selling homes, and in difficult times, helping them avoid foreclosure through short sales, creative financing, or even by personally purchasing properties to protect their clients’ financial futures.
In 2023, Jim crossed paths with Nayia (Peggy), and an instant bond of trust and friendship was formed. By 2025, Nayia invited Jim to join her team at Metro Housing Solutions as a Senior Acquisitions Manager. An opportunity he embraced wholeheartedly, recognizing her shared values, strong ethics, and deep commitment to helping homeowners.
Today, Jim is excited to grow alongside Nayia, his wife Suad, and Dara, taking Metro Housing Solutions to new heights while continuing his life’s mission: to serve with integrity, provide solutions in times of need, and help as many people as possible.
Dara Martin
Operations Manager
With almost twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, Dara brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to service. Her career began as a Marketing Director for a boutique title company, where she quickly discovered her passion for real estate. Since then, she has built a dynamic and multifaceted career spanning management, settlement services, marketing, and sales.
A licensed real estate agent, Dara has helped numerous families through the years. She played a pivotal role as Office Manager for a nationally ranked team responsible for nearly $200 million in sales. Her strategic insight and operational leadership helped drive exceptional results and client satisfaction.
Dara’s journey took an exciting turn when she was invited by longtime friend and respected Real Estate Coach & Investor, Nayia Pierrakos, to join Metro Housing Solutions. Inspired by Nayia’s vision and the company’s mission to create meaningful impact in the housing space, Dara embraced the opportunity to contribute her expertise. She is passionate about helping homeowners navigate complex challenges and empowering them with solutions tailored to their unique needs.
A proud resident of Stafford County, Virginia, Dara has raised her two children in the community she loves. Outside of work, she dedicates her time to family, volunteerism, and animal welfare. She serves as a volunteer educator in financial literacy and housing for the Virginia Cooperative Extension in Prince William County and is involved in cat rescue efforts—a cause close to her heart.
Dara is excited to offer homeowners more choices and greater clarity. Her goal is to educate, support, and guide clients toward decisions that align with their goals and circumstances—because informed choices lead to empowered lives.

Suad McClain
Customer Happiness Strategist
Suad McClain was born and raised in Bahrain, where her love for travel and people first took flight as a flight attendant with British Airways. Her natural gift for communication—listening to stories, connecting with people, and offering encouragement—has been at the heart of every chapter of her journey.
In 2003, Suad moved to Hawaii, where she spent 17 years raising her three children and building her skills in customer service and entrepreneurship. After graduating from culinary school, she launched a thriving dessert business in 2015, known for her signature cheesecakes, which quickly became a local favorite. Her passion for bringing people together continued in Virginia after her move in 2020, where she opened a small coffee shop that became a gathering place for the community.
That same year, Suad met her husband, Jim, a real estate broker. Together, they discovered a shared passion for helping people, and guiding families through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Suad’s work is fueled by a belief that buying or selling a house is more than a transaction—it’s an emotional journey. Her compassion and understanding of this process makes her invaluable to both our clients and Metro Housing Solutions.
In 2023, Suad connected with fellow investor and mentor, Nayia (Peggy), whose shared vision and passion inspired her to grow even further. By 2025, Suad and Jim officially joined Nayia’s company, Metro Housing Solutions, by combining strengths, energy, and purpose to build a powerful team. Today, Suad leads the marketing department and is Metro Housing Solution’s Customer Happiness Strategist.
