Counties we are currently purchasing in (but are not limited to) include the following areas; DC, Prince William, Fairfax, Loudon, Fauquier, Stafford and Fredericksburg, VA. Even if you are not in these areas, but would like to speak with us about your home, please give us a call. (At this time we are only looking in DC and VA)

If it meets our criteria, we will schedule a meeting with you (in person) and at that time we will be able to present you with an offer.
We offer fair prices for houses in any condition (if they meet our buying criteria). Closing can occur in as little as 7-10 days or when you are ready to move out. It’s up to you! We are happy to accommodate your schedule.
Even if your house needs repairs (big or small) and you do not want to invest the time or money into doing it, it’s no problem. We buy newly built homes and homes 100 years old.

Peggy (Nayia) PierrakosNayia came to the United States with her mom and brothers at 13 years oldfrom her family’s olive oil plantationin Greece. Her drive and determination had her quickly acclimated to this country and she flourished. She has a marketing degree from Virginia Tech but her true passion is for real estate!
Nayia’s real estate career started in the early 2000’s when she decided to get her real estate licenseand buy a townhouse. She started slowly but the passion grew quickly. As a successful business woman already, she applied the same drive and determination towards her real estate and was quickly realizing that this was what she had been called to do! There was no way around it, she had to start her business Metro Housing Solutions. She has dedicated countless hours and dollars in educating herselfwhen she identified the needs of seller’s that were not being met. She is a consummate learner,so she learns as much as possible and utilizes her ever-growing knowledge to provide win-win solutions to home seller’s.
She places great value on being of service to others. Her philosophies and philanthropy have earned her tremendous respect amongst her peers. Giving back is a way of life for her and a mindset that she is instilling in her three boys. She and her husband are active members of their local community and take great pride in their Greek heritage. She enjoys and welcomes new experiences. She recently performed at the DC Improv where she will forever be remembered as the “Spartan Mom”! She contributed to the building of a village in Haiti! Giving back and being of service is her way of life.
When not working Nayia enjoys traveling with her family. She views each trip as an opportunity for herself and her family to experience a new way of life and other cultures. When not traveling they enjoy the many varieties of entertainment and food that the DC metro area has to offer.

Dara has an extensive background in the Real Estate industry spanning almost fifteen years. She began her career as a Marketing Director for a small title company and caught the real estate bug! She’s conducted hundreds of closings over the years and was also a licensed real estate agent. Being a licensed agent was not what she expected. She was not always able to help clients and potential clients and that was frustrating. She made the decision to give her real estate license up and work the “inside” of the industry. From there she worked as a Business Office Manager for a national ranking team that generated close to two hundred million in sales!It was while there that she was contacted by a long-time friend and Real Estate Coach &Investor, Peggy Pierrakos, asking if she wanted to join her at her company Metro Housing Solutions. After meeting and hearing the vision and direction that Peggy wanted to take her company, it was not a hard decision to make! The vision and potential impact was far more in tune with her personal beliefs and philosophies than where she was currently working, so she decided to make the change. (Almost two years later, the vision and growth is still just as fresh and alive!)
She’s the very proud mom of two grown children and a cat. When not working, she enjoys being outside in nature. She also volunteers teaching housing classes through Prince William County and as a bunny judge at the local county fair! Her passions include art, horses, animals, hiking, reading and yoga.
She’s excited to be available in this capacity to help homeowners know the different options available to them and to be a part of helping them make the best decision for them. Being a part of enabling a homeowner to make a decision that works best for their needs is a great feeling!
Chief Acquisitions Manager
Joseph (Joe) Tamres has been active in the real estate industry for over 10 years. For years he’s been helping families with their selling or buying needs. He’s been especially successful when the numbers just don’t work out for sellers when they are trying to work within the traditional real estate processes. Joe sees himself as a solution finder and problem solver. So, when others give up,he will develop a plan utilizing his outside of the box thinking. This comes naturally to Joe as his background includes twelve years of honorable service the US Navy then on to become an inspector for an equipment breakdown insurance company and currently as a General Adjust for an insurance company. Joe is also an avid and passionate learner. Following his natural instincts towards real estate, he pursued and earned his commercial real estate appraiser’s license.
He’s naturally drawn to the challenge of dissecting problems. This initially began mechanically but is now most often financially related to real estate. He loves being able to reach a win-win solution! His attention to detail and focus enable him to find solutions that work where often-times after others have failed.
He’s originally from Baltimore, MD but he and his wife called Norther Virginia home for the past 25 years. Joe’s pride and love of his family shines through when you speak with him. He’s been married to his lovely wife for over 30 years and he’s the proud father of one grown son.
